ABOUT AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is also called Essential Oil Therapy. Its aim is to promote the health of the body, the mind and the spirit using aromas naturally extracted from plants. According to the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy is used to harmonize and promote health and to “unify physiological, psychological, and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process.”
Aromatherapy can be used to enhance intimacy in relationships. Please join us in our study of specific essential oils known to:
