Its aim is to promote the health of the body, the mind and the spirit using aromas naturally extracted from plants.  According to the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy is used to harmonize and promote health and to “unify physiological, psychological, and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process.”
